The Direct Answer (TL;DR): You can return most items within 30 days for change of mind, or within 12 months for defective or damaged products. Submit your request through your account and we will take it from there.
What can be returned

How to submit a return request
- Go to your account and click Request return.
- Enter your email address and click Continue.
- Copy the six-digit verification code from the email we send you and enter it.
- Click Request return next to the relevant order.
- Select the items, choose a return reason, and add any notes.
- Click Request return to submit.
You will receive an email confirming whether your request has been approved. If approved, next steps will be included in that email.
For defective or damaged items, also contact us directly with your order number, a description of the fault, and photos or video evidence. The more detail you can share, the faster we can sort it.

Return shipping is at your cost. If you would like a prepaid label, we can arrange one and deduct the cost from your refund:

If you arrange your own shipping, please use a trackable service. Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed product defect.
Refunds and exchanges
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items only.
If the item was marked as a gift at checkout, a gift credit will be issued. If it was not marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
