Product beeps when the water is full

If you own a Gathera Indoor Smart Garden and are experiencing continuous beeping from the light, don't worry!

Possible Causes of Continuous Beeping

The product contains a small plastic float inside the basin which rises and falls with the water level. When the water level is at its lowest point, the float causes the light to beep. Here are some steps to follow if you encounter this beeping issue:

  1. Check Water Level: Ensure that the water level inside the Indoor Smart Garden basin is sufficient and within the water mark indicator.
  2. Inspect Water Float: The smart garden has a small water float next to where the light is. Check if the water floater is not stuck at the bottom of the unit.
  3. Clear Debris: Look for any debris that might be blocking the water pump.
  4. Clean Vent on Pump: Check and clean the vent on the pump. Sometimes roots can get sucked behind the cover and block the intake valve.
  5. Power Cycle: If the beeping persists, turn off power from the unit, remove the light arm for 5 minutes, then plug it back in and turn it on.
  6. Override Beeping: To stop the beeping altogether, you can remove the float from the device. However, remember to manually check the water level to ensure your plants are adequately watered.
  7. Contact Support: If the issue persists after following the above steps, please contact us through email

By following these troubleshooting steps, you can effectively address the continuous beeping in your Gathera Indoor Smart Garden and ensure that your plants thrive in a healthy environment.
