How do the lights work?

Operating the Light Settings

The Gathera Indoor Smart Garden Light has two settings: a white light setting and a growing light setting. To ensure proper functionality, it is important to use the growing light setting. Here's how to operate the light:

  • First Press: Turns on the reading light.
  • Second Press: Turns on the grow light.
  • Pressing and Holding: Turns the grow light on and activates a timer that will stay on for 16 hours and off for 8 hours. The button will appear blue when this setting is on, indicating the light is in its 8-hour rest mode.

Troubleshooting Steps

If the timer and light settings are not working as expected, follow these troubleshooting steps:

  1. Reset the Light: Turn off the grow light for 5-10 minutes, then turn it back on when you want the 16-hour timer to begin. Observe the behavior of the timer and light for the next 48 hours.
  2. Check Power Source: Connect the power directly to the wall outlet without using any splitters or power surge protectors.
  3. Test with Spare Power Adapter: If possible, use a spare power adapter to connect the Indoor Smart Garden Light to power. This will help determine if the issue is with the power adapter or the light itself.
  4. Contact Customer Support: If the issue persists after following the above steps, please refer to Gathera returns policy for further assistance.

By following these troubleshooting steps, you can ensure that your Indoor Smart Garden Light operates smoothly and efficiently. If you require additional support, do not hesitate to reach out to our customer service team for further assistance.
