  Enter your code at checkout to apply your discount. Only one code can be used per order.

• How will I be refunded?

  Refunds are returned to the original payment method. If you have changed accounts, let us know and we will sort it out.

• Is food grown hydroponically safe to eat?

  Yes. Hydroponic produce is grown without pesticides or soil-borne contaminants and is safe to eat after a standard rinse.

• It looks like I have been charged twice. What is happening?

  In most cases this is a temporary payment authorisation, not a real double charge. It usually resolves on its own within a few days.

• What payment methods does Gathera accept?

  We accept all major cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Your card details are never stored by Gathera.

• Why did Gathera rebrand from Urban Plant Growers?

  The short version: the name was forgettable, the positioning was too narrow, and the brand did not reflect who our customers actually are.
